THE FIRM:
Our client is an established regional law firm with offices in the Northern Home Counties with an extensive list of well-known property clients.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for an experienced residential property lawyer to join a busy property team which provides a wide range of services to HNW clients.
You will be responsible for keeping up to date with relevant legislation and practice.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you will be a residential property lawyer at the 7-8PQE+ level.
Good drafting, negotiation and communication skills along with the ability to develop good working relationships with clients and colleagues are required.
You'll work as part of a team comprising two partners, two assistants and two paralegals.
Flexibility and the commitment to work as an integral part of the team are essential.
The firm will also consider a fee earning Legal Executive who has solid residential conveyancing experience.
