Clinical Negligence Solicitor 5+PQE - Nottingham

New opportunity exists for a clinical negligence solicitor to join this leading commercial firm.

The firm are highly regarded and noted in L500 for their highly rated defendant clinical negligence practice. Due to an influx of work, they are seeking to add to their expertise with the appointment of an additional solicitor in their Nottingham office.

You will manage your own clinical negligence caseload, providing patient-related health law advice and services to a range of clinical negligence clients, in particular acting for the NHS LA. You will be work within a team that provides a range of high quality complex matters including healthcare inquest and advisory work.

You will work alongside L500 rated partners in a friendly and supportive team where your development and progression is paramount. You will be expected to delegate to and supervise junior solicitors as necessary and undertake business development activities, including planning and delivery of seminar and training programmes.
