Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who is looking to join a highly regarded, well established local firm?
The firm have been established for over 100 years and pride themselves on offering a high quality service to clients both locally and within the greater Tyne & Wear area.
The firm are now seeking a new Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to work alongside 2 other Fee Earners and 4 Support Staff within their busy Conveyancing Department in their office in Whitley Bay.
You will manage an existing caseload of 30-40 files comprising of new builds, property purchase, property sales, re-mortgages, buy-to let and equity release from initial instruction through to completion.
You will have at least 3 years PQE of managing your own, fast paced caseload of residential conveyancing matters in order to be considered for this opening.
