Funds lawyers required for vacancies with the Jersey office of a leading Offshore practice. The firm is looking to recruit two experienced commonwealth admitted associates at 1-4 PQE and 8+ PQE.
You would be joining an extemely busy transactional team that offers a premium level of Offshore legal advice to the world's leading financial institutions and corporations. The firm's Jersey based Funds team handles a broad spectrum of matters in relation to the formation, structure and regulation of investment funds, private equity, mezzanine, hedge funds and real estate funds.
Re-locating to the Channel Islands will afford you an excellent work/life balance, a short commute and city rate salaries with income tax capped at a 20%. Both Guernsey and Jersey are very family friendly with picturesque towns and a high quality of schooling.

- Commonwealth jurisdiction qualified (UK, AUS, NZ, Canada)
- 1 PQE upwards

- Exp from a relevant law firm environment, ideally within a Magic/Silver Circle
