THE ROLE
The successful applicant would work primarily on commercial contracts, and IT and IP issues in relation to various commercial sectors.
The workload includes general commercial agreements, software development and licensing, intellectual property matters, telecoms contracts, compliance and general regulatory work, product and services supply agreements, data protection, IT and business process outsourcing, and public sector and public/private partnership IT projects.
THE PERSON
* 4-5PQE England and Wales Qualified
* Strong commercial experience gained at a recognised firm
* Strong academic background (at least a 2:1 degree)
* Ideally some in house experience
