Residential Conveyancer

The role will be based in Stratford, East London. The firm has an HNW client base with many of their clients living abroad. The Residential Property department currently consists of a team of 5. You will deal with a broad variety of work including complex and high value transactions. The firm has got an excellent network of referral sources including many high-end estate agents.

You will deal with; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Lease extensions and Transfers of Equity. You will also get the opportunity to get involved in some Commercial Property work.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyacer
• Would be an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to take a step up in terms of responsibility - they can offer a platform for career progression
• You will have at least 5 years' experience of handling your own caseload
• Opportunity to work on Commercial Property work
• Can work without supervision
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, although up to £60k
