Senior In-House Advocate

Litigation Lawyers holding higher rights of audience required on a locum basis to join various public sector organisations for initial 3 month locum periods.

We are receiving a number of instructions from clients requesting candidates to have higher rights of audiences for locum positions within the public sector.

As such, we are looking for candidates that have experience in litigation specifically housing or prosecutions ideally. Candidates must have recent advocacy experience within the High Court and the Crown Court.

The roles typically involve a full range of litigation matters which can vary from housing, prosecutions, employment, civil and commercial matters as and when they arise. Candidates must possess more than one of these areas of law and show a willingness to develop into new areas.
