Commercial Solicitor - Bristol

Integreon has an incredible opportunity to manage a growing team of paralegals and junior solicitors, directly delivering commercial contracting support to one of the 'big four' organisations.

The team is managed and located within Integreon's Bristol offices and requires an experienced commercial contracts solicitor to join this collegiate team by mid/end February 2017 for an initial 1 year maternity cover contract. Given the growth of this account with our client as well as the overall expansion of the LPO unit at Integreon there is scope for this to become a permanent position.

Ideally we are looking at hiring a solicitor in the 2-4 PQE+ bracket, however we would consider candidates with longer PQE too.

Specific duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Reviewing and drafting a broad range of contractual agreements including MSAs, Public Sector Agreement, Standard terms of business, licence agreements, agreements for tax services, NDAs etc.
• Being the main point of contact with the FTSE 100 company and their legal department; and
• Leading and growing the team;
