Banking Senior Associate/ Partner (5-10 PQE)

A market-leading global law firm are seeking a senior associate or partner to join its Banking and Finance department in London.

The practice has an exemplary client base, deep sector knowledge and specialises in all aspects of top-tier banking matters, both domestic and international. The successful applicant will deal with a variety of banking matters including; insolvency, restructuring, acquisition finance, asset finance, project finance and structured finance. In addition to this they will be acting on behalf of borrowers, leading banks and financial institutions often dealing with global big-ticket matters.

The successful applicant will be an ambitious and talented senior associate or existing partner who possesses a real passion for banking and finance law and has a significant interest in advising borrowers on general banking and finance matters. This opportunity offers a clear track to partnership for a senior associate. As a successful partner it is envisaged that you will have a solid client base but your personality and reputation in the market is more important than the size of your following.
