Solicitor - Crime and Duty
North West
Salary Negotiable based on experience
My client is a well known and established law firm with offices throughout the UK; they are a specialist law firm dealing with all aspects of Crime and have a number of Duty slots throughout the North West
The Role:
To manage a personal caseload of various criminal matters as well as assisting either a partner or director when required whilst also acting as a Duty Solicitor and attend police station on a rota basis (both in and out of hours). Files will include but not limited to:
- Motoring Offences
- White Collar Crime
- Fraud
- General Criminal Matters
The Candidate
Ideally you will be a minimum of 1 year PQE and will be duty registered. It would be beneficial if you were HCA qualified but this is not essential for this role.
