The Role
The firm are looking for an experienced Commercial Corporate Paralegal for their well-established and dynamic Staffordshire team. The position is offered on a full time permanent basis. The role will cover an interesting and varied mix of commercial and corporate law work, including mergers and acquisitions, drafting commercial contracts, and shareholder agreements. There will be a competitive salary offered to the successful applicant.
The Candidate
You must be Paralegal.
You must have solid experience in corporate and commercial matters.
It would be advantageous to have experience in commercial property.
