THE ROLE
Our client is actively seeking a dynamic Family Solicitor with solid legal aid experience for a thriving team based in the Lincolnshire area. Managing a comprehensive caseload of private and publicly funded matters, the successful Lawyer will advise on areas including: divorce, financial arrangements, domestic abuse, pre-nuptial agreements and Children Act matters. Keen to get involved with business development initiatives, the successful family Solicitor will build and maintain client relationships and promote the services of the department and practice as a whole. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within Family;
Have outstanding communication and client care skills;
Possess legal aid experience;
Be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines;
You will be professional, personable and detail orientated;
You will be a pro-active team player with a desire for professional development.
