Want a job in the City at a leading boutique City based law firm near to Liverpool Street? We have a brilliant opportunity for someone who has either recently left college or school, or has up to 6 months’ experience undertaking general office/office services work and is keen to start their career in facilities. Duties will include the distribution of newspapers, magazines and periodicals, photocopying, scanning, binding, preparing and presentation of documents, co-ordination, storage & administration of archiving and retrieval, collection and distribution of office mail and photocopy requests within rota timetable, stationery – maintaining stock levels, distribution and ordering, booking and logging couriers, outdoor clerking duties such as; Byhands, taking post to the Royal Mail, setting up of meeting rooms, refreshing tea points, franking mail and other ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time. Applicants need to have good communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner, works well within a team, have a flexible, pro-active and co-operative approach to work, have the capability of carrying heavy boxes, able to speak clear and fluent English, excellent prioritisation skills, have a high attention to detail and good IT skills. The most important criteria for this hire will be looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic and has an attitude of no job too big or too small.
