A rare opportunity has arisen within my client's nationally recognised Healthcare department.
They are seeking an additional Healthcare Associate/Solicitor to further augment their vastly experienced team.
The team advises on a plethora of healthcare law issues including Court of Protection matters, sector legislation, SUI and Ombudsman investigations, patient complaints and mental health.
Your role will involve undertaking a wide range of advisory and mental health work, for various public and private organisations.
You will provide advice on a range of healthcare law matters, which is to include patient complaints, ombudsman investigations, public and patient involvement and consultation, governance and constitutional issues, judicial review, and human rights. You will also supply advice on care standards legislation. Within this role, you may also deal with advocacy tribunals and inquests.
It is expected the successful candidate will have in excess of 1 year PQE (guideline NQ - 5yrs) however Newly Qualified candidates with extended seats or prior Paralegal experience are actively encouraged to apply as are Mental Health or Clinical Negligence specialists looking to affect a slight change in direction.
Salary (guideline of up to £48k) and full benefits will be commensurate with previous experience and expertise.
