An exciting opportunity has arisen for a specialist Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a successful and well-respected department.

The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have a mixed case load of high and low value cases and will cover the full spectrum of Clinical Negligence work. The Clinical Negligence team have many years of experience, acting successfully for clients recovering significant damages both in and out of court from victims of negligent medical care. Some of the areas the team cover are: Birth injuries, brain and spinal cord injuries, cancer, dentistry problems, gynaecological claims, late or misdiagnoses cases and many more. You will be working alongside 1 partner, 4 fee earners and 4 secretaries.

Ideally, the successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have in excess of 3 years’ solid Claimant Clinical Negligence experience including a strong understanding and knowledge of all aspects of the Clinical Negligence claims process from the funding requirements through to trial. The candidate will also have experience of attendance at court, both on interlocutory applications and with Counsel.
