We are working with an international law firm in their search for a junior trade mark attorney or lawyer.
Applicants should have experience in advising on the full range of branding issues, from clearance to prosecution, oppositions, cancellation actions and enforcement – and a working knowledge of other IP rights. You will be exposed to a high volume of international matters, with a particular focus on CTM and UK work.
This fantastic opportunity will provide scope for a high level of responsibility for the right candidate. This exciting client facing role will ensure the successful individual receives a very broad range of work.
You should be a trade mark attorney, solicitor or foreign qualified lawyer at the 1-3Y PQE level and have the ability to deal directly with clients and manage client relationships. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with high volumes of deadline-driven work.
