A well established and ambitious multi-disciplinary practice based in Manchester are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Operations Manager.

The Role

• You will be tasked with growing the department in terms of increasing the number of transactions per month, expanding panel membership, generating more income and growing the team of fee earners.
• You will establish the correct processes and procedures to ensure that the department can handle a higher volume of work.
• You will then oversee and manage the department as it grows including supervision, training and recruitment.

Suitable Candidates

• The firm will consider either a Fee Earner who is able to handle a caseload of conveyancing transactions and manage a team or a Non-Fee Earning Manager who will purely be operational.
• You will have at least 5 years experience in some sort of management capacity.
• You will have a plan/strategy on how to grow and expand conveyancing departments.

The salary on offer is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from £35,000 to £45,000.
