Corporate Associate

Our Client’s, a highly respected international law firm, is looking for a mid/senior level Corporate Associate to join a highly ambitious and fast growing International Group to advise on a broad range of corporate transactions and company law including:  M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures. 

There will be a substantial amount of work in technology & communications, energy & utilities, healthcare, IT and media sectors.    

The successful candidate will be:

• highly motivated
• keen to take responsibility 
• technically excellent and with the ability to apply their legal skills in a practical way
• approximately 3 to 7 years’ solid post qualification experience gained in a well-regarded corporate practice. 

And have:

• Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Experience of handling corporate transactions gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level.
• A desire to be working for a truly international firm.

In addition, we expect candidates to demonstrate:

• Flexibility, supporting a broad range of corporate transactions
• The ability to manage aspects of complex matters/transactions and clients
• Knowledge of key areas of the law by providing clear, precise, practical advice
• The ability to use initiative and a confidence built upon solid success and achievements.
