Prestigious London practice are looking for a residential property fee earner: either a qualified legal executive or a solicitor with c3 years PQE to deal with high end residential property for developers including plot sales. This is a diverse role and so you must have a detailed and thorough knowledge of off-plan contracts and residential conveyancing and be experienced and competent enough to handle your own caseload. You will also be managing two paralegals – ideally you will have experience at managing members of staff.

You must have the confidence and dynamism to deal with key industry players including clients, developers and agents and be able to work to set timescales and deadlines, ensuring the client’s needs and expectations are met and managed at all times.

It is essential that you have strong technical knowledge and a pro-active, self-motivated work ethic as well as good client handling skills combined with excellent communication skills. This is an extremely busy role and so you must have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional approach. Excellent quality work with established clients in a very solid and highly respected property team.
