Our client, a well-regarded UK City law firm, is looking for a mid-level associate to join their award winning corporate team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a large range of corporate work including M&A, complex multi-party joint ventures, reorganisations as well as general corporate work. They work with a broad range of clients, including those in the telecommunications, media and real estate sectors. The team ethos is down to earth and collegiate with there being a clear track for progression.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic profile and have gained 3-6 years of corporate UK M&A experience from having worked at a rated regional or City firm.
