THE ROLE
The company commercial team is instructed in a range of matters from helping set-up SMEs right through to complex international and off-shore transactions. The firm prides itself on establishing close working relationships with its clients and providing commercially-astute advice and creative, cost-conscious solutions to the various problems that can arise. You will be joining a niche practice with a well-established, close-knit team, and this means that the firm is looking for a “good fit” in terms of character and personality as well as strong technical skills and experience. You will:-
Be an experienced company commercial solicitor:
You will be 4 years PQE +;
