The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Lawyer to join a specialist Commercial Property Team based in the Redditch area. Managing an existing caseload, covering the full remit of Commercial Property matters, the successful Lawyer will advise on areas to include: sales and purchases; property development; landlord and tenant matters; lease renewals and extensions and; planning agreements. Whilst previous commercial property experience is ideal, candidates with knowledge of the area who can demonstrate a desire to develop a specialism in the field will also be considered.
