An exciting 12 month interim opportunity has arisen with a renewable energy company based in London.

The company has increased and expanded their renewable energy portfolio over the last 5 years and is keen to recruit a versatile Paralegal to support their legal function in relation to their investment, asset management and finance teams.

The likely candidate will have broad experience in corporate law, commercial law and company secretarial functions as well as experience in the construction sector and particularly construction contracts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • A large focus on transaction documents including the drafting of ancillary transactions for financing, M&A transactions and  resolutions
  • Responsible for internal and corporate due diligence tasks
  • Company Secretarial management this will include managing group companies, maintaining company books and records, drafting board and shareholder documents and keeping up to date with company secretarial changes
  • Review, draft and negotiate NDA’s, business contracts and license agreements

This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal with a background in construction and/or manufacturing to work with a company who have a genuine passion for sustainability.
