Commercial Solicitor is sought by a legal law firm in Leeds to work with a great team and high quality client base
Client Details
The client is a growing Leeds law firm who have a dedicated commercial team. The team consists of 5 lawyers and they are now looking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor / senior lawyer to assist with their growing client base.
Description
You will be a self starter who can hit the ground running. It is expected that you deal with a range of commercial work including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, IT agreements, outsourcing arrangements and procurement.
Profile
You will be a Commercial Solicitor who is likely to be between 5-10 years PQE. Please note this is a guide only and does not preclude those with more or less applying for the role.
