An exciting new opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor with a respected practice based in the City. Previous experience of dealing with property litigation matters is essential.
The successful applicant should expect to handle a broad range of landlord and tenant litigation work including business lease renewals, break notices, claims relating to landlord's consent, dilapidations claims, forfeiture, possession claims, service charge issues, tenant default and insolvency.
This role will suit an applicant who is looking for the opportunity to progress within an established property litigation department, which is continuously growing and maintaining their strong reputation within the market. Likely to be c.1-3 years PQE but experience is key
