Residential Property Lawyer

A lexcel accredited law firm requires the assistance of a Residential Property locum Lawyer to cover a period of maternity leave. The role is to start in May and will likely last for a period of nine months.

The residential property team advise clients in relation to:

• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold residential premises
• Mortgages and re-mortgages
• Equity transfers
• Leases
• Shared Ownership
• New builds
• Right to buy

Successful candidates are likely to have upwards of three years’ experience in handling a full residential property caseload and will need to be comfortable in picking up a high volume caseload from the outset.
