We are working with a Birmingham based law firm who are looking to recruit a Property Solicitor to work on a mixed bag of commercial and residential matters.

A growing Birmingham law firm.
Description
This is an opportunity with a growing Birmingham firm with a strong presence within the Chinese community and the majority of their work is property related from this community.
The property work is a mixed bag - 50% is residential property whilst the remainder of the work is general commercial property work such as acquisitions of property (i.e. retail outlets) and general lease work.
There is an opportunity for you to head all property related matters and be the point of contact for all clients in this area.
Progression opportunities are available and you will be given the chance to shape the team and its growth.
Profile
You must be a UK qualified solicitor with experience in property law. It is also essential that in addition to English, you also speak Cantonese/Mandarin or both.
