An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Foreign Jurisdiction Locum to join an established Legal Practice in Manchester on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. The client is looking for Solicitor or Legal Executive with a high degree of technical skills and a proven track record of handling Claimant Personal Injury files.

The successful candidate will be:

• Managing a full caseload of predominantly claimant fast track or multi-track personal injury cases that occur abroad
• Handling a small proportion of other multi-track and specialist type cases under supervision
• Dealing with foreign jurisdiction claims including complex cases
• The candidate must have the ability to assess liability, causation and quantum

Applications will be considered from Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives. It is essential that the candidate has had experience handling a claimant personal injury caseload including fast track and multi-track cases.
