The Role
We are now actively seeking a talented Residential Property Paralegal for a busy CQS accredited team based in Manchester. Able to hit the ground running, the successful Paralegal will provide comprehensive support to a Solicitor with their residential property files and have the skills and expertise to manage their own caseload as required. Areas may include: remortgages; sales and purchases; transfers of equity; new builds and; right to buy. Previous experience in Plot Sales transactions is highly advantageous but not essential. The Candidate
You must be a Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Residential Property;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
Previous experience of Plot Sales is advantageous but not essential;
You will be IT Literate;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be pro-active, professional and detail orientated.
