THE FIRM:
Our client is an established law firm serving a wide range of corporate, institutional and private clients.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a confident commercial litigation lawyer to join an expanding team advising clients on strategies and transactions from start-up businesses to major listed companies.
You will work with minimal supervision on a broad range of commercial matters from arbitration, mediation to advocacy which can include corporate and shareholder disputes, banking and regulatory litigation to intellectual property/information technology disputes.
ABOUT YOU:
Successful candidates will have 5 years+ PQE as a commercial litigation lawyer and will have gained a significant track record in business development gained from a top City, London or national law firm.
An excellent academic record (Degree 2.1 or above) combined with a pro-active approach to business is essential to enable you to build and maintain productive working relationships with clients
Experience of supervising team members would prove a distinct advantage.
