Immigration Case Handler

I am working with one of the largest personal-injury law firms in North West, which is now looking to hire an experienced Immigration Caseworker to deal with all aspects of immigration law and practice.

This specialist legal practice is keen on hearing from candidates with upwards of two years’ experience. However, it will also consider candidates that have less experience, but who have a solid career history.

Within this Bolton-based immigration case handler role, you will:

• Be responsible for maintaining your own caseload, whilst ensuring that all clients are fully updated through the process
• Have the ability to prioritise your caseload effectively
• Work towards targets, which have been agreed by the head of department
• Be responsible for preparing applications and conducting risk assessments
• Progress all assigned files on a weekly basis
• Possess experience of handling all aspects of visas, as required
