This vibrant multi-office law firm based in Hampshire with an established reputation in Conveyancing are looking for a Solicitor to lead their Residential Team in Southampton.

Your new role
You will be the team leader for the Residential Conveyancing Team where you will be responsible for a team of fee-earners and support staff. You will be their mentor, responsible for supporting and developing them. Alongside this you will maintain and develop your own caseload, demonstrating your skills as a role model to the department.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a highly capable residential conveyancer, whether Cilex qualified or a Solicitor. Your previous employment may have involved some leadership and you will be keen to evolve into a role where you are capable and responsible for developing others. In addition you must be able to maintain your own standards of work; keen to network and develop business for the department.
