Banking Lawyer : Payments /Cash Management .

You will be responsible for advising on regulatory change matters as well as drafting and negotiating commercial agreements relating to payment services, cash management and trade finance. You will advise on terms and conditions, whilst supporting various business teams , as well as advise in relation to payment systems and schemes. In addition, you will work on key projects and transactions , working closely with senior management and external counsel.

You will be a UK qualified lawyer with at least 4PQE, and have an excellent knowledge of payments, cash management and trade finance, gained from working with either a top city firm or similar in-house legal team . With a good understanding of payment infrastructure of financial institutions, you will be an accomplished relationship builder and be comfortable working autonomously .
