My client is a well-renowned high street firm based in the heart of Petersfield, Hampshire and they are actively looking to recruit an enthusiastic, well-rounded Conveyancer to join their reputable team which boasts over a decade's worth of first-hand experience, dealing in residential conveyancing.

There is an option in this role for the chosen Solicitor to be involved across both residential Coveyancing and Pivate Client work.

As the chosen Residential Conveyancer, will join a successful, dynamic practice, committed to providing their clients with not only a high quality of cost-effective work, but an unparalleled commitment to client care. As an integral member of their team, you can expect to take on a wide variety of interesting and high volume of work from traditional conveyancing, freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, including lease extensions and shared ownership leases, right to buys, transfer of equities, re-mortgages and equity release schemes, option agreements, land transactions, leasehold enfranchisement, planning disputes and property disputes.

Although the firm have an existing case load and contacts, you will aim to build on this network through business development and referral activity We're looking for professionals who want to 'grow in to' the role with genuine opportunities for clear progression available.

The client is looking for a licensed conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced Associate with at least 3 Yrs. PQE in conveyancing. You will have experience of managing varied case-loads from opening through to successful completion. Furthermore, you'll possess excellent organisational and drafting skills while being competent in managing files. On top of this the chosen candidate will be enthusiastic and have strong interpersonal skills.
