An experienced Property paralegal is sought to join a well-established leading law firm in the East Midlands. This role will be based in Spalding office and offers a very attractive salary and benefits package.

Due to an increase in instructions they are now seeking to appoint an additional Property Paralegal to assist the team on both Residential and Commercial Property transactions. You will assist with anything from taking new instructions, applying for and reviewing searches, liaising with third parties, updating clients, SDLT submissions and Land Registry matters. You will be given excellent exposure and training with a view to managing your own files.
