Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Exec - Wirral

Our client is a well-known and reputable high street firm on the Wirral. They are currently in the market for a Conveyancer to join their small Residential Property Team.

The successful candidate will be given the autonomy to run their own caseload of conveyancing files. They are happy to consider candidates with a wealth of fee earning experience or a Conveyancing Assistant looking to step up to their own caseload.

The office is located in an accessible part of Merseyside. The firm is willing to offer a competitive salary of up to £32,000 for the role. Secretarial support available. Full time position.

Key duties and responsibilities will include what you would ordinarily expect from a conveyancer e.g. conducting and reporting on relevant searches including title, drafting and preparing appropriate contracts and statements, exchange and completion.

The successful candidate will be given the support, training and help required to become an important part of the property department.
