Our client, a media and advertising company, is seeking to recruit a Commercial/IP Lawyer for a maternity cover. You will be joining an easy-going, open, and friendly legal team.
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating client/agency contracts, reviewing advertising content, IP/infringement, assisting business affairs with music licensing, talent agreements etc. The key experience is a good solid grounding in commercial contracts, plus some soft IP experience. Advertising experience would be advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
