Childcare Lawyer

A busy Local Authority shared service based in the Home Counties is seeking a Childcare Lawyer to join them for an initial three month locum assignment.

As the successful candidate, you will work within a busy Childcare team and carry a full caseload dealing with Childcare matters both PLO and in proceedings. As a Childcare Lawyer in the team, you will be expected to conduct advocacy at IRHs, CMCs and Direction Hearings.
