Our client, a large County Council based in the South East of England is seeking an interim Childcare Lawyer to join their team for an initial three month assignment.
As a Childcare lawyer on this busy team you will deal with a full caseload of Childcare matters including Emergency Protection Orders, Supervision Orders and Interim Care Orders. In addition to this, you will be dealing with:
- PLOs
- IRHs
- CMCs
- Direction Hearings
The ideal candidate will have previously held a public law caseload, preferably within a Local Authority although candidates from alternative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
