An excellent opportunity for a Regulatory and Prosecutions Locum Lawyer has arisen with a Local Authority legal team based in the East Midlands. The position will be at least 2 months with the possibility of extension.
The successful applicant will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Regulations and Prosecutions for a Local Authority.
The daily responsibilities are as follows:
- Handling a caseload comprising a mixture of Regulatory and Enforcement matters for the Local Authority
- General prosecutions
- Drafting all appropriate legal documentation, liaising with clients, external lawyers and other professionals
The hourly rate on offer will be £30-£40 however this will be dependent on experience.
