Leading Global Healthcare Organisation, centrally based, is looking for a Lawyer with experience within technology and commercial, including outsourcing. You should be familiar with drafting legal agreements with software and hardware suppliers, cloud hosting businesses, SAAS agreements, technology outsourcings. You will be part of a central legal team which is comprised of very high calibre, bright lawyers and the culture there is all inclusive and supportive.

Personality is key and this organisation looks for both technically strong, city trained lawyers but those who can demonstrate how they have added value within their current/past roles.
