A Top 200 firm who deal with City style work are currently recruiting for a Private Client Associate with specialist knowledge and experience within tax and trusts. This leading firm have attracted many City Lawyers who want to deal high quality work but work in a firm that is a far from the ordinary commercial machine in the City. The firm are well established having been in Surrey for 100's years and has created a solid Private Wealth department providing legal services for the Surrey clientele; wills, trusts, probate, lasting powers of attorney, advice for the elderly and court of protection. There is now a need for a solicitor who will advise on personal tax matters, ideal candidates will have a solid tax background dealing with HNW clients complex tax planning needs. 

Caseload will consist of the following:

• Residence and domicile
• Offshore trusts and companies
• Succession planning through Wills and trusts, including international/cross border estate planning
• All aspects of inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax as they apply to individuals and trusts
• Probate and administration of estates and trusts
• Powers of Attorney
• Establishing charities and providing advice to charities
