Top US firm seeks a junior-mid level lawyer for a 12 month maternity cover contract to start ASAP. Covering for a maternity leave, the vacancy is to sit within the IT&P team and the candidate must have a general commercial contracts background. Some tech experience would be an advantage but not essential.
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years PQE, with at least some Private Practice experience. The workload is broad to include drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements including distribution agreements, supply and outsourcing agreements and large scale IT procurements, amongst others. The clients are wide ranging from a variety of sectors.
