The Role
Our reputable client is seeking to recruit a Family Lawyer for their Devon office. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis. The role will suit either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to handle a caseload of private family law matters. The position will involve privately funded divorce, ancillary relief, child care, adoption, custody and paternity. The role will include handling landlord and tenant matters, employment disputes and some private client work. There will be a competitive salary package for the successful lawyer.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You will have 7 or more years’ experience.
You will have solid experience in family law and a proven history of strong billings.
You will have experience in dispute resolution.
You will need to have additional experience in drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
You will have strong administration skills and be able to use case management systems.
You will have excellent client care skills.
