With a sterling reputation for high quality work and client care, they are now seeking a Litigation Solicitor to head their Litigation department.
The Role
Our reputable client is seeking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor for their Devon office. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis. The role will suit a qualified Solicitor with experience of leading a team. The successful solicitor will be handling a caseload of litigation matters including landlord and tenant, employment, property and civil matters. The position will also provide support and oversee the Litigation department and follow Lexcel compliance requirements. There will be a competitive salary package for the successful applicant.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor.
You will have 15 or more years’ experience.
You will have solid experience in civil litigation and a proven history of strong billings.
You will have experience in landlord and tenant matters.
You will have experience of team leadership.
You will have strong administration skills and the ability to use case management systems.
You will have excellent client care skills.
