Residential Conveyancing SolicitorsHome Based£Fee Share A well established and forward thinking Conveyancing firm are seeking to recruit a number of Qualified Conveyancers to work on a remote, fee sharing basis. The RoleThe role would be 100% home based to begin with. The firm would set you up with all the equipment needed to work remotely on their Case Management system, including a IT and telephone system.The firm will pay for all the expenditure needed to practice in terms of PII and Practising Certificates.The firm will handle all incoming phone calls from their Central office however you will be given a local telephone number to use and which can be put on all marketing material. The firm would like you to develop your local area, making contact with Estate Agents and getting referrals from them. The firm are happy to meet the costs of this.An option to open an office in your area can be discussed.The firm is CQS accredited and on all lending panels. Suitable Applicants
- This is open to Qualified Conveyancers - Solicitors, Filex/Cilex or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 5 years PQE in handling conveyancing matters.
Salary & Benefits
- The firm is offering a percentage fee share on profit costs.
- If you have a following of clients then the fee share percentage would be higher.
