Corporate Associate, Investment Funds
A global Corporate Practice is looking for a mid-senior level Associate to join their Asset Management team - with a focus on Investment Funds.
Currently servicing market leading and growth corporations and financial institutions, the team are recognised as leading specialists in the field. Clients include the most active global asset managers, banks and other financial institutions, with the establishment of investment funds being a core part of their practice.
You will be heavily focused on the structuring and launch of closed-ended investment companies and equity capital market transactions for public and private funds.
The ideal candidate will;
- Have experience of a similar role at a leading UK or International law firm
- Experience in closed-ended and open ended funds
- Excellent academic background
