What makes this opening particularly attractive is that there is no strict requirement for a client following, although would be advantageous.

With dedicated Construction Lawyers across the country and recognition in Chambers UK, Construction Law is a core practice area for the firm. Client base spans over a range of sectors and specialist areas; these include major corporates, property developers, overseas and private developers, local authority and public sector bodies, etc.

With an existing team of contentious and non contentious solicitors in Birmingham (and other regional offices), the firm is looking to grow their Contentious Construction practice by introducing a Partner who will lead this team and play a fundamental role in developing the practice area

This is an interesting opening for someone who is either a Legal Director/Principal Associate/Senior Associate who is seeking a Partnership role with a leading law firm. There is no strict requirement on client following (financially) however you must have a strong relationships in the industry.
