Project Solicitor

Property and Regeneration Solicitor required to join a local authority based on the outskirts of London for an initial 6 month period.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a sought-after public sector organisation. Alongside running a busy caseload of commercial property and regeneration work, the successful candidate will also have dealings with the following matters;

• Procurement
• CPO's
• Real Estate
• Housing

We believe that this role would be really well suited to a candidate with a private practice background or alternatively a candidate who has worked on large scale projects and/or developments in the past and is looking for their next challenge.

Due to the intricate nature of the work, It is important to this council that the successful Property Solicitor demonstrates attention to detail, good prioritisation skills, and a highly organised approach to work. You must have proven project management skills and have dealt with these from beginning to end.

This local authority offers a very attractive pay rate, and are open to considering flexible working arrangements for the successful applicant.
