Your new role
Market leaders in the Energy industry are seeking their first Company Secretary to join the rapidly growing business. The Company Secretary will take ownership of diverse variety of corporate administrative matters, all company secretarial duties (usual filings, controlling Board paper process, putting all Board papers together, currently done by FD Preparation of non-plc board minutes, keeper and controller of all Board minutes. They will also be understanding individual company shareholder agreements and articles of association and Insurance (conversant with all aspects of what is and what isn't insured).

What you'll need to succeed
This is a great opportunity for either a part qualified or qualified (ICSA) Company Secretary to join a growing business. As this is a stand alone role and the first in the business, this position will be reporting into the Financial Director. Ideal candidates must therefore have similar experience in a medium sized industry. Ideal applicants must be able to work confidently and independently. Little training will be given on the job itself.
